Thank you for shopping with New American Coffee Company. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, holidays, or unexpected supply delays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is submitted.

Shipping costs may vary based on order size, weight, shipping destination, and available carrier options.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship orders within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, shipping destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

New American Coffee Company is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may, at our discretion, offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, New American Coffee Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household, neighbors, building management, local post office, or shipping carrier.

We may assist with carrier claims where reasonable, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at newamericancoffeeco@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, shipping box or mailer, and shipping label.

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. We may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been accepted, processed, packed, or shipped.

If we are unable to fulfill or ship your order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for the unfulfilled portion.
