Thank you for shopping with New American Coffee Company. Please review this Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.
Because our products are food and beverage products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or product substitutions once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.
Returns
We do not accept returns.
For food safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returned coffee products, including unopened products.
Please do not send products back to us unless we specifically authorize a return in writing. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, refunded, or returned to sender.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of New American Coffee Company, except where required by law.
We may, at our discretion, offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order is missing an item.
- There is a verified issue with the product or fulfillment of your order.
- We are unable to fulfill or ship your order.
To request a review, contact us at newamericancoffeeco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage if applicable.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at newamericancoffeeco@gmail.com.
We may request photos, packaging details, or other information to verify the issue. If we determine that a resolution is appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, holidays, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. However, we may assist with carrier claims where reasonable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed. We may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been accepted, processed, packed, or shipped.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for the unfulfilled portion.
Sale Items, Discounted Items, and Gift Cards
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, limited-time offers, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law.
